Didn't receive my Personality Report
If you paid by eCheck it can take 3-5 days till the payment is processed and your Report is emailed to you. If you paid by Credit Card, then your Personality Report should have arrived shortly after your payment.
First you should check your spam folder, trash bin or any other folders your email program might have moved your Report to.
If you can't find your Report, you can have it re-sent for free any time by logging on to www.personality100.com. After you have logged on, click on the button Your 100-page Personality Report. This will lead you to the page where you can have your Report re-sent.
Important:
Before you resend your Personality Report, please make sure that the email-address you entered is correct and that you don't have any email filters active or firewall settings that prevent the email with your attached Report from being delivered.
Can't access my Personality Report
You need a PDF-Reader Program like Adobe Acrobat Reader to access your Report. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free at:
Once you have a PDF reader installed:
In the email that has your Personality Report attached to it try opening your report by clicking on the link called "download". This should open your Report.
You can also have your Report re-sent for free any time by logging on to www.personality100.com. After you have logged on, click on the button Your 100-page Personality Report. This will lead you to the page where you can have your Report re-sent.
Cost
Taking the Test is for free. You then have the option to buy your 100-page PhD-certified Personality Report for
$39.95.
Payment Options
You can pay by Credit Card or through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can set up a PayPal account and pay by eCheck using our PayPal Payment option. Just select the PayPal Option on the page where you make the payment. You can then sign up with PayPal and make your payment using your bank account. This PayPal payment option is called eCheck.
Email-Address already taken
You or someone who knows your email-address must have previously registered with your email-address. For security reasons we only allow one registration per email-address.
Send us an email from that email-address and enter Remove into the subject line to have the existing account deleted. We will notify you as soon as we have deleted the existing account. You can then register with your email-address again.
